Noah is 3 Days New ::: Avondale Newborn Photographer

Meet Noah. He’s a fan of NY sports teams – just like Dad. He has a head of thick, dark hair – just like Mom. But, he has a personality all his own. Even at 3 days new, while asleep, Noah was very particular about how I posed him. He did not like it when I touched his feet, and he insisted that his hands were not to be stacked, one on top of the other. Mom, you might have your hands full later *wink*.

When I met Noah’s mom, before he was born, we chatted about Dad’s love of the NY Yankees. So, I had Stitches of Sunshine make an adorable little Yankees beanie for our session. Every request I make, she outdoes herself. This hat is so cute.

Noah, thank you for allowing me to capture your newborn cuteness.

Kyllian – 6 Months ::: Glendale Boutique Children’s Photographer

Kyllian’s 6 month session was at the peak of spring here in Arizona. The orange grove was full of blossoms and smelled so wonderful! I love the smell of orange blossoms!! Her sweet, little sun dress was the perfect spring outfit to compliment our setting. I caught so many sweet shots of this little girl in the very short amount of time that we spent shooting. Kyllian was not very excited about her portraits, but you definitely can’t tell! Her smiles, and quiet, serene faces are adorable! Please enjoy a few of my favorite shots from our session. Here’s sweet Kyllian.

Charlie’s 3 Month Lifestyle Session ::: Phoenix Newborn and Child Photographer

Charlie. Where do I begin to describe the beauty of Charlie’s 3 month session? I could start with the long-haul I took, to get to his family’s home, over 3 highways and what seemed to be limitless desert. I love long drives! And I love our Arizona desert! Or I could start with his super adorable mom, who’s red hair I secretly envy! [Ooops, not so secret anymore.] Or I could start with the kisses his dad gives him, making the love for his new baby boy so apparent. Or maybe, I should just start with Charlie.

Charlie turned 3 months old a few days before our session. He didn’t like tummy-time very much, but you wouldn’t know it from the adorable smiles he gave me! His nursery is sports-themed, of course, and he will undoubtedly grow up to play pro ball. At least, I hope so

Charlie’s 3 month session was a lot of fun. We took the focus off of Charlie for a few family shots around their home and in his nursery. I love lifestyle sessions! Here’s Charlie and his family. Enjoy!

Remember those kisses I mentioned earlier? Super cute, right?!

I love how Mom looked over at Dad in this shot! Awww!

Their home was positioned perfectly by the mountains, and a golf course – the best of both worlds! We utilized their gorgeous, arizona view for a quick family shot on their balcony. Love it! Then it was on to the nursery.

Aren’t these sheets the cutest?! And this face – adorable!

Something Blue Editorial with Jennyvi Dizon Couture and Mr. Formal ::: Scottsdale, Arizona Wedding Photographer

I have a very fun blog post for you today! Many amazing vendors from the wedding industry in the valley were able to team up for this shoot. Jennyvi with Jennyvi Dizon Couture put the shoot together, and provided the beautiful wedding gowns and bridesmaids dresses. Remember our shoot from a few months ago with Jennyvi for 928 Brides Magaznie and 480 Brides Magazine? You can view it here. That shoot was so much fun! When Jennyvi asked me to do a shoot with her again, you know I was more than thrilled.

Drew is 3 months! ::: Phoenix Child and Family Photographer

Handsome Drew is 3 months already. I can’t believe it. It wasn’t that long ago when I was photographing his newborn portraits. He’s growing fast!

Mom decided to schedule Drew’s session around the same time that his cousin Wyatt and family were going to be coming into town to visit. So we were able to get some shots with Wyatt too. Wyatt and Drew are only about a month apart – isn’t that crazy? They will get to have so much fun growing up so close in age.

Drew is an extremely happy little boy. I am in love with his spirit and his chubby arms!

Then it was Wyatt’s turn. He was a little cranky at first, but with help from Auntie, Mom, and Dad we got some great shots. He even ended up sleeping for a little bit, which I always love. And if you like the super cute hats I often use during sessions, check out Stitches of Sunshine.

We took a few more pictures of Drew and his big Brother before heading outside for a couple family shots. I love this wall in their home, it is a beautiful arrangement of portraits and even includes some from Drew’s newborn session. So, I had to use this wall for some brothers portraits! [By the way - what an awesome feeling to walk into your clients' home and see wall portraits that you've taken! My clients rock!]

Claire is 6 Months and Nicole Turns 2! ::: Chandler Arizona Children’s Photographer

You will recognize these cute girls from previous sessions. I’ve photographed Nicole since 3 months, and Claire since she we a newborn. Click on the following links to view their previous sessions. Nicole’s 1 year, Claire’s Newborn session, and Claire’s 3 month session were all a blast, and this session was no different. I always love photographing these beautiful sisters! We chose to do this session in downtown Chandler because Claire and Nicole’s family live in Tucson, and their mom was sweet enough to drive up to the valley for this shoot! We started with the girls’ custom hat and tutu outfits from Stitches of Sunshine. These girls are already cute, but I have to say, those outfits were to die for. I may be partial, because I asked for specific design elements and colors [they were custom!] but, nonetheless, the girls were extra adorable!! Mom brought along bubbles, which turned out to be so perfect. Nicole loved it, and they look awesome in photos.

We transitioned into outfits Mom brought along, for a few shots that weren’t stylized. Claire is an extremely happy and expressive little girl for 6 months! And Nicole was so full of energy and smiles that I definitely got my workout in

We walked around the corner to Paletas Betty for a treat after our portraits, and I couldn’t help snapping a few shots of Nicole as she ate her popsicle.

Thank you Nicole, Claire, Heather and Wendy for a very enjoyable afternoon! Can’t wait for our next session.
